It’s so frustrating to write an article and spend your time and mind on it, and suddenly it’s getting rejected. So how you research for topics to write about?

Simply head up to Google Keyword Tool and type a general keyword from your niche. For example, my niche is “Make Money Online” or even “Article Marketing” so in this case I will type those keywords into the keyword tool.

Now all you have to do is to look for the long tail keywords. a long tail keyword is a keyword with 3 or more words like “article marketing for online business”. When you find such a keyword simply copy it and paste it into a a Google search page.

Now is the time to look at the competition. To get high rankings in the search results you must target long tail keyword with as much high search volume you can find, and the less competition you find is better.

When you find a keyword that has 3 or more words, and it has between 500-10,000 searches, and the competition is between 3000-30,000 you have a winner.

You need to find as much long tail keywords as you can and write about those topics. Sometimes you’ll be really surprized from the results you find. You will see that people are searching for crazy things that you would never knew about if you didn’t made the keyword research before you head up to writing your article.

Another thing to remember is to use even other tools for your keyword research. I will show you how to use other keyword tools on the next post.

1. Create a squidoo lens with relevant information about your niche and your article and create a link to your article url.

2. Create a Hubpages page and link it to your squidoo lens and another link to your article url.

3. Create a wetpaint page and link it to all your other properties.

4. Bookmark your article where it is still possible.

5. Submit your article to digg with a link to coninue reading at your article. I don’t remember if they still allow it so be sure to first check the TOS.

6. Create backlinks to your article from directories, link exchanges, and more.

There are tons of other ways to promote your article and raise it to the top of Google. When you create an article you should always make a keyword research to make sure your article will be ranked for a keyword who has a high, or even low search volume.

The best tip that I can give you is to treat your article as if itr was your website. Think about it for a second. Ezinearticles.com have a pagerank of 5 or more, and what’s better than getting an article into such a high pagerank article directory. If you get just a few backlinks to your article, you’ll be able to make money online faster than you can imagine.

Well, to write a good rpoduct review you must have a good template to use over and over. You can use the same template for as many times as you want, and that way you save time to use for other important things in your business.

Open a Microsoft Word document and create a big header like this.

“Don’t Try To Buy — Product Name Here — Before You Read What I Have To Say About It!”

Make sure to create a big red font for your header.

Now go down 8-10 lines and start writing.

This sub title should be in black arial font in size of about 14-18 pixels.
Now start with a font of 14 pixels to write the body of your review. Because every product has it’s own uniqueness, I can’t give you the whole body review, but you should follow something like this.

1. What are the main benefits of the product, and how amazed you were when you saw that the other product that you’ve tried did not had those benefits.

2. Why you love this product so much, and how it helped you to get out of the situation you have been.

3. Why they should buy it and how it’s going to change their life.

4. What other people are saying about this product, insert some testimonials from the publisher website.

5. How secure is the payment proccess and how smooth was the transaction you made.

6. How good is the support for the product. How fast they answered to question you had.

That’s about it. You can see that this is not a rocket science project. You simply follow a simple routine. The most important thing to remember is to check everything before you create such review. You want people get the true value of a product and not to mislead them. If you don’t have a way to check everything than simply don’t review that product. Remember that if the buyer will not get everything you tell him, high chances are that he will ask for a refund, and you lost all the hard work that you’ve made in a second.

Well, that’s a very good question!

I have a time managment diary. I have specific days to this or that. You have to manage your time if you want to be efficient. The more you orginize yourself, the more you get to see the profits of your work.

Now, there are all kinds of ways to manage your time, but the best two as far as I know are:

A. Daily

B. Hourly

A = Orginize the work you have to do into the days of the week. You can choose any day you want for any mission you want. You can choose to do the “hard work” of writing and creating content for the first 2 days of the week and than take it easy with the rest of the job. In other cases you can choose to do the dirty job at the weekend when your wife is out of the house with your kids. It all depends on your situation, and of course, the personal situation for time managment.

B = Managing your time upon hours is really great, but it’s sometimes hard to do. Not all of us know how to stop doing something that we do and start another thing. The people who are using their time in hours are really efficient. Because they give any mission a period of time to finish. When they need to stop what they are doing, they stop it immidiately, and go over the next one. Now ask yourself, why it’s so good to work in that way?

Because you are not getting bored!

You are chnaging the things you do and that’s why you stay focused.

So how exactly you can create 100’s of articles in the shortest time possible?

When you decide that you want to create articles for your affiliate offer, you should create a directory on your desktop called “Articles”. Next go to the clickbank marketplace and find a few products you want to promote using article marketing. a good advice is to choose from the first 10 products in each category you decide to promote. Simply find the products who have the highest gravity and write them down on a peace of paper. Next go inside your “Articles” directory and write every product that you want to promote, like:

“Google Assasin”

“Satellite TV”

and so on….

After you have orginized your directory you are set to go. Now you are clear about what you are going to do. The next thing to do is to understand the main aim of the product. If the product is about getting traffic to your website, than create a “Traffic” directory inside the “Traffic Product” directory. Do the same for the other products and you’re set to go.

Creating an article is really easy if you know how to give your article a good headline. The most important thing is to find a few headlines for every article you are about to create. That means that if you have to write about traffic, you would create a few headlines inside a notepad page like this:

“3 Of The Best Sources Of Traffic You Can Find Online”

and so on….

Start browsing the web for a few articles related to the topic you are going to write about. It’s very easy to find articles related to any topic you can imagine. You can go to google and type ” Your Topic Article”, or , “Your Topic ezinearticles”, and you’ll probably find lot’s of information regarding your subject. Now read a few articles and get inspired. After you read for a few minutes, open your notepad page and start writing your article. You will see that you get a flow of writing and you can write your article faster than ever.

When you are writing your first article, you can always find another headline for a new article. Be sure to stop when you get such a headline, copy and paste it into your main notepad so you’ll be able to write that article in a later time.

They want to know more about something new they have heard, or something they already know and want to explore more. When you write your article you have to think as the article reader and see if your article is answering the question that people who read it want to know, that can be made easily, just look at your article title and see if the question is answered in the article body, articles are build as “question” and “answer” so be sure to check that your article body really brings the answer to your article title, that simple!

2. What people need from your article?

What people need from your article is a simple question, they need information, not just information but useful information, they want to expand their knowledge about something, and you need to provide them with the best information you can give so that they will feel that you are an expert in the niche/subject you are writing about, what we want from an article is visitors, and visitors that get professional information will definitely drop by to the link in your resource box to find out more.

3. What are the keywords you want to target?

When you write your article, you want to promote a product for a few keywords, so that it can be shown for those keywords when people are searching the article directory or Google, as you know, your article will be indexed by Google after a short time, so your plan is to find out what are the keywords people look for in the article directory and what are the keywords people will search on Google, if you target both of them, and your keywords can match the same phrase, bingo!

4. Are those keywords targeted enough?

Choosing targeted keywords is very important when you write an article, if you chose keywords that are not targeted, don’t expect to get to much visitors, and if you don’t know how to do it, I will show you don’t worry, if you do know then you can skip this step, but I suggest you to read it anyway, maybe you’ll learn a few new things.

This is a keyword suggestion tool from wordtracker, wordtracker is a great way to explore keywords, don’t worry, we can use the free version, if you want to get the pro version it will be a smart decision.

Now type in the search box the main/general keyword you are targeting, let’s say you are promoting a diet/fat loss product, in this case you will type “fat loss”.

You can see that wordtracker gives you your main/general keyword with sub keywords that people search for, you need to find the best keywords with most searches, but at the same time you need to find the less competition on Google for that keyword/s.
So open http://www.google.com and type your desired keyword into the search box.
I like to choose keywords that have less than 300,000 results because I know I can make it with my article to the first page of Google, and I like the competition so why not?
If you are a newbie for article marketing, I suggest you to pick keywords that have less than 100,000, you can start from there.
Another trick I use to know if I can rank with my article on Google is to look on the first pages of the results, if I see a youtube video on the first page, I know the competition will be more easy that if I see a youtube video on the third page, youtube is a very popular site that rank for 1000’s of 1000’s of keywords, and it has a pagerank that a regular page just can’t beat, so why even bother?
